Development project appraisals

We can use our appraisal tools to provide you with a 'developer' view on project viability. It must be noted we are not quantitative surveyors.

Leaseholder alterations advice service

As leaseholders ourselves we can provide useful assistance with your alteration project and help identify  potential Freeholder requirements for consent. Having now developed a number of leasehold properties across London, we can provide an insightful developer perspective on the process, allowing you to avoid potential pitfalls or project delays. 

This way, the mobilisation of your development project can be streamlined, minimising latency.

Project Planning and Management

With a Prince2 qualified project manager on the team, we can help devise a plan for your development project.

We can also provide a full project management service to help deliver your project from planning right through to development completion.

Planning and mobilisation support

We can assist with the mobilisation of your project through:

1. Hiring the right professionals using our preferred suppliers - including: private building control, interior designers, architects, structural engineers etc...

2. Tender process management - Based on the design plans we can pull together a cost schedule and submit this to our preferred contractors who we have worked with before for pricing.

These prices will then be pulled together in a presentation where we can make a contractor selection decision.

3. Design and material management - We are happy to assist with the design process, including the appointment of an interior designer, sourcing materials, producing a material acquisition plan, acquiring materials  

 We have a number of preferred suppliers for materials who we can use to ensure you achieve the best prices.

Lettings Management

We do not market ourselves as estate agents, however given the large portfolio of property we manage we are happy once a tenant is found to provide a full management service at very competitive rates
