Ashray Construction successfully acquired a neglected upper floor apartment located on Fellows Road, within the Belsize Park Conservation Area, a highly sought after locale in suburban London. This apartment had not been lived in for a number of years and required extensive restoration. The finished result is a stunning apartment that is almost unrecognisable from its former state.

The property was a second and third floor apartment in a Victorian conversion. The design brief was to create an open, light space; incorporating contemporary design ideas whilst retaining characteristic period features of the apartment.
The first floor entrance room was converted into a bathroom and the second floor was designed to provide dual aspect open plan living.
