This property was a very similar story to Fortis Green. It was in a run-down state but with a very marketable floorplan. As such, the decision was reached to make only minor modifications to the existing floorplan, allowing us to get straight to work renovating this property without the need for planning permission or party-wall agreements.

The property is a lower ground floor flat. We retained the overall layout but added an en-suite to one of the bedrooms to create a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom dwelling.

This property occupied an excellent location in London, close to popular areas like Angel and Camden. This was a key factor that made this an excellent development investment.
