We came across a Leasehold flat with a great existing floorplan but in an extremely poor state. This represented an encouraging investment, as the need for professional services (engineers, architects, planning permission, freeholder consent etc...) is minimal. With no alterations to the flat layout necessary, this allowed us to immediately commence refurbishment, reducing latency costs associated with this project.
