During studying his masters, Ashish quickly realised that he had more of a passion for property. During his days as a student he acquired his first property and was renting to students. Since then he has never looked back through the acquisition, development and management of a large portfolio of property within the Ashray Construction Group.
Ash enjoys playing tennis, and loves collecting all types of digital media including music, movies and video games.

With a strong desire to grow the company, Ashish brought on his brother Kunal to help with sourcing, acquiring and developing property projects.
Kunal's background is in the management of large scale Investment Banking IT projects. Having working for a top tier consultancy for 10 years Kunal has all the skills required to analyse and manage the delivery of property development projects.
In his spare time Kunal enjoys cycling, climbing and snowboarding.
