The acquisition of a large commercial investment property involves a significant amount of time, effort and negotiation. Ashray Construction Limited provided full transaction management services for the client to ensure the acquisition of the property was smooth and stress free.
Full development project management services
The client then asked Ashray Construction Limited to manage the conversion of the property from a Commercial only to Mixed Use with the first 3 floors being Commercial and the second 2 floors being converted into a single maisonette dwelling.
