At Ashray Construction we enjoy the flexibility of developing Freehold properties. As the ultimate owner of the land and building, structural change can be enacted without the need for undertaking an often protracted freeholder consent process.
When the opportunity to purchase and refurbish a Freehold house in Camden presented itself to us, we eagerly seized upon it.
House Refurbishment
We performed a complete refurbishment of all existing floors (1200ft2).
There still remains potential to convert the loft at a later stage.
